 The Watertown Elks Lodge has an elegant dining room capable of seating 225 people. It's the areas favorite place to hold wedding receptions and office parties among other special occassions. 

 The game room has a capacity limit of 100 people. It features a shuffle board table, a pool table, a bowling game, a flat screen TV, a juke box, a piano, and a leather couch and chair. 

 The game room also features the recently installed Paul K. Majo Memorial Fireplace. 

 The bar area has can capacity limit of 46 people. It's a circular bar with four 37+ inch HDTVs. 

 In addition, the Lodge meeting room can hold about 100 people. It is used for our Lodge meetings, and is sometimes used to hold events when the other rooms are not available. 

For parties of 50 people or more, hire your own Caterer!

Q – Do I have to be an Elk Member to rent a room at the Elks Lodge?
A – No.

Q – What is the charge to rent a room at the Elks Lodge?
A – The charges are as follows: $500++ for the Banquet Room ($250 for members), $100 for the Game Room ($50 for members) and $100 for the Lodge Room ($50 for members).  Extra waitress is $50.

Q – May I hire my own caterer?
A – Elks Lodge #496 now requires that you hire your own caterer for parties of 50 people or more.  For parties of less than 50 people, we may accommodate you.  Just ask for the menu items.

Q – How many people does the Banquet Facility seat?
A – The banquet facility holds a maximum of 250 people.

Q – Is there a bar in the Banquet Facility?
A – There is a private full-service bar in the Banquet Facility.  To have an extra bartender, it will be $50.

Q – Does the Elks Lodge provide linens?
A – Linens are available for rent from the Elks Lodge.
